I'm ready to book my wedding, what is the next step?

The OMedia Group requires a 50% deposit, as well as a signed contract to secure your production date. After both of these items have been recieved, the date is yours! We will then schedule a meeting to discuss specific aspects of your event and your own individual preferences. If you are planning ahead and your date is greater than 3 weeks away, a follow-up phone conversation or video-conference will be conducted closer to the production date.

My wedding is only a few days away, is it too late?

Contact us to find out if we still have the date and staff available. We have done last minute work many times in the past without sacraficing quality.

I am looking for a video engagement / save the date announcement, do you make those?

Of course! We would be happy to create a video engagement / save the date announcement that you can email to your friends and family. We can also provide this on DVD and duplicate it in-house in case you would prefer to mail it to your guests.

I don't want the videographer to get in the way, can you be subtle?

Your wedding is your day. We want to ensure that we can capture all of your special moments without being in your special moments. We use high-end wireless audio, zoom lenses, and professional staff to keep out of the action while still being able to capture the action.

I see you are in Connecticut, where are you exactly?

The OMedia Group is located in Madison, CT, however we travel coast to coast as well as to destination events worldwide.

I am having a unique destination wedding, can you go there?

The OMedia Group has shot in the Caribbean, South Africa, aboard cruise lines, and other destinations in the past. Making sure our equipment clears customs and travels well is an activity we are well versed in.

How long does it take to get my DVD?

This is a tough question as it entirely depends on what your custom package includes. We usually say it takes 6 weeks from the final date of videography to get your package. This is different from same day edits, which we do offer.
